#myitalian #worldonplateCarbonara is an Italian pasta dish from Rome. The ingredients consist of pancetta / guanciale (or can be replaced with smoked bacon), egg / egg yolk mixed with hard cheese such as Parmesan or Pecorino Romano and black pepper. Spaghetti is the most common pasta, but fettuccine, rigatoni, linguine, or bucatini are also used. Rich & Super-Tasty Tomato Carbonara Rich & Super-Tasty Tomato Carbonara
I subtly altered your everyday tomato sauce into something a bit richer Your stomach will thank me.This sauce doesn't contain butter or cream so it also holds back on the calories while having a simple yet rich flavor.[1] If you're just preparing for one, you should have enough room to cook the pasta in the wok as well, so you could just work in on epan. [3] Cook the pasta but take it off the heat just before it becomes al dente. It will heat again once covered in the sauce. [4] When adding the sauce and ingredients to the pasta, mix them in quickly and strongly to get a creamy finish. Recipe by bunny fish cookpad.japan -

Italian Cuisine at Home! Creamy Spaghetti Carbonara Italian Cuisine at Home! Creamy Spaghetti Carbonara
This is a special recipe developed by carbonara lovers: me wishing for pasta once a week and my husband who used to work at a pasta chain restaurant.Be sure to remove the pan from heat when pouring the sauce into the pasta for a creamy texture. This will allow the eggs to cook very slowly when it hits the hot pasta but it’ll prevent the eggs from scrambling. For bacon, I recommend a block rather than thin slices. Garlic is optional but we prefer to use plenty, following advice given by my husband who worked in "Ninniku-ya Goemon" (a pasta chain restaurant named after “ninniku,” which is garlic in Japanese). Authentic Carbonara Pasta Authentic Carbonara Pasta
You can cook this restaurant dish by following the instruction thoroughly. For this reason, the recipe shows precise instructions, but the process itself is fairly simple. The sauce should not be too watery when serving, if you want to have rich texture. Check the taste of the sauce several times as the salted pasta water will affect the taste.Finish seasoning a bit lightly with salt by Step 7 or 8, remembering to take the salt in the cheese into account. At Step 9, make sure you combine the pasta briskly with the sauce over very low heat. You can add extra pasta cooking water when the sauce gets too thick. Recipe by valentino cookpad.japan -
