Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put a pan on low heat and melt the butter.
- 2
Add the bacon cut in lardons (1/2cm x 3cm)
- 3
Mix until the bacon begins to brown
- 4
Add the milk cream
- 5
Mix occasionally until reduced
- 6
At low heat, add the grated parmesan cheese and mix continuously
- 7
Finally flavor the mixture with salt and pepper and turn off the stove
- 8
Immediately add 2 yolks and mix vigorously to avoid coagulation
- 9
Previously, in a pot, boil water with salt and add the spaghetti for 11-15 minutes
- 10
The sauce and the spaghetti have to be done at the same time.
- 11
Put the spaghetti on the sauce and mix carefully.
- 12
Serve with bread and if you want, white wine. Enjoy.

Carbonara Carbonara
After a lot of experimenting, arrived at this recipe for the perfect cream free carbonara. Key is finishing the pasta in the skillet the pancetta was fried in. This makes it easier to add pasta water as needed since its never drained and prevents the eggs from solidifying fjaeckel -

Carbonara Carbonara
I simplified a recipe I learned while I was overseas. I highly recommend this!Bring out the fragrance of the garlic by cooking it as if simmering in oil. The sauce will be thick when the white wine and oil emulsify. Mixing the egg in after removing the pasta from the heat will prevent lumps from forming. Recipe by mini cookpad.japan -
