Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppaneer (homemade) cubes
  2. 1 cupmatar frozen (homemade)
  3. 1 spoon oil
  4. 1 spoon butter
  5. 1/2 spoon red chilli
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 spoon garlic paste
  8. 1 spoon ginger paste
  9. 2 spoon coriander leaves
  10. 1 spoon kasuri methi
  11. 1 spoon garam masala
  12. 1 spoon bay leaf
  13. 1 spoon jeera
  14. For gravy
  15. 2onion
  16. 1tomato
  17. Khada masala (small piece of cinnamon, Star,bay leaf,3 pepper corns,2cloves,1cardmun)
  18. 5garlic cloves
  19. 6cashews
  20. 4bydgi chillies

Cooking Instructions

    In a kadai add oil add khada masala fry for a while and then add chopped onion, garlic cloves and fry till transparent then add chopped tomato chillies and cashews fry till soft, cool it and grind it to paste.

    Heat oil butter add jeera, bay leaf add garlic paste,ginger paste fry for a while then add chilli powder and ground paste mix everything well cook it adding salt till oil separates.

    Add peas mix it well then add kasuri methi and paneer cubes mix everything well and cook for a few minutes.

    Add some chopped coriander leaves and garam masala.

    Matar Paneer is ready to serve/ enjoy with rice and roti, chapati.
