Cooking Instructions

For Homemade Nutella:
Ready the ingredients and dry roast almonds on slow gas. Cool on a plate. - 2
Meanwhile, in a mixer make sugar powder. Add in cocoa powder and churn again. Sieve this powdered mixture. Keep aside.

Now take roasted almonds in the mixer jar and churn until oily paste is formed. Add in vanilla essence. Churn.

Add in sugar-cocoa mixture and churn. Mix and add in odourless oil,as required and churn.

A smooth paste should be formed. Transfer into a glass container or jar.

A lip-smacking Homemade Nutella is ready. Pure, hygienic and economical. It will thicken when chilled in fridge.

For Stuffing:
Mix Dessicated coconut and Homemade Nutella. Form discs on a butter paper and keep in freezer for 2-3 hours. - 8
For Pancakes:
Sieve dry ingredients- maida, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Keep aside. - 9
In mixer jar churn 2 chopped bananas and some milk. Add in sugar powder.

Add in vanilla essence. Churn to a smooth paste. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

Add in 1tbsp melted butter. Mix. Add in sieved dry ingredients and mix. Add in warm milk as required.

Mix and form a smooth batter. Cover and rest the batter for 1 hour.

Fill some Homemade Nutella in a piping bag for garnish.

Mildly heat a tawa on slow gas.
Put 1/4 tsp butter.Make pancake. Place chilled stuffing disc in the centre of pancake. - 15
Cover the disc with some batter. Cover and cook on slow gas. Turn when base side is done.

Cover and cook until done. Take out the Stuffed Banana Nutella Pancake onto a plate. Cut into 2. Serve immediately.

Garnish with Homemade Nutella in piping bag.
