Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsjowar dhani
  2. 3 tbsproasted chana
  3. 3 tbspgroundnuts
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 8-10curry leaves
  6. 1 tbspchilli-ginger paste
  7. 1/2 tsphing
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tspchat masala
  10. 1 bowlchopped salad
  11. 1boiled potato
  12. 1 tbspgreen chutney
  13. 2 tspcoriander

Cooking Instructions

    Clean jowar dhani and chana and dry roast together for 10 minutes. Then do a vagaar of 2 tsp oil, groundnut s, curry leaves, chilli-ginger paste and hing. Add this vagaar into the dhani. Mix well. Mix in chat masala and salt and roast for 5 more minutes and keep aside.

    Chop the salad-onion, cucumber, tomato and boiled potato. Mix some chat masala, chilli powder and coriander in the boiled potatoes. Mix the salad and masala potatoes.Mix green chutney into the salad.

    Now take about 100 gms of the roasted jowar dhani and mix in the salad-chutney mixture. Mix well. Cool and store the rest of the roasted jowar dhani in an airtight container, for later use.

    Serve in paper cones and enjoy a healthy snack with family and friends.
