Cooking Instructions

Cut pork in bite size pieces and put it in a bowl and start adding all the ingredients. Mix it together until pork is completely coated. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes take your meat and add cassava starch and corn starch. Heat up your pan or wok with oil. Start frying on high heat and fry until meat is golden in color.

With the same oil, take your bell pepper and green chilies cut in small cubes and dip it in the oil for one to two minutes.

Take a new wok and add the butter then add the minced garlic and brown it a bit. Add the red bell peppers and chili peppers. Then add the pork and put a splash of honey and oyster sauce. Toss it to combine everything.
