Ingredients

  1. 200 gmOats
  2. 200 gmPeanuts
  3. 300 gmGrated Jaggery
  4. 100 gmGhee
  5. 1/2 tspCardamom Powder
  6. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Take 200 gm oats and put it in a pan

    Fry it in medium flame into golden brown colour

    Fry into golden crispy

    Place the roasted peanuts in a kitchen towel and remove the skin thoroughly

    Transfer the roasted oats and peanuts into a plate and let them cook

    Put the peanuts and oats in a mixie jar and grind it

    Grind it into coarse powder

    Add jaggery to the boiling water

    Make jaggery syrup with one string consistency

    Add the ground oats and peanut powder to the jaggery syrup

    Add the ghee and mix

    Keep Stirring

    Add the cardamom powder

    Mix it continuously until the ghee oozing out and the mixture leave from the pan.

    Turn off the stove and transfer the mixture into a greased plate

    After ten minutes cut it into pieces
