In Turkish style artichokes usually cook with mince beef or beans. But this time I cook artichokes as a salad, easy and simple to make.

  1. 1can ready artichoke (950 grams)
  2. 1onion
  3. 6-7stalks dill seed
  4. 3stalks of spring onions
  5. 3garlic mince it
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  7. 8 tbspolive oil
  8. 1lemon (if you like sour as a topping)

Cara Membuat

    Strain the artichoke with sieve and wash it under running water and keep a side. Pre heat the pan, add the olive oil, sauté the onion.

    Saring artichoke dengan saringan dan cuci dengan air mengalir dan sisihkan. Panaskan wajan, tambahkan minyak zaitun, tumis bawang bombay.

    Once the onion wilted, add the minced garlic, continue to sautéing for 2-3 minutes, add the salt, black pepper and the rinsed artichoke. Stir it gently.

    Setelah bawang bombay layu, tambahkan bawang putih cincang, lanjutkan menumis selama 2-3 menit, tambahkan garam, lada hitam, dan artichoke yang sudah dibilas. Aduk perlahan.

    Add chopped dills and spring onion, continue to cook for 4-5 minutes. Artichoke is ready to serve as a salad or side dish. Add the lemon water as a topping if you like sour.

    Tambahkan dill cincang dan daun bawang, masak terus selama 4-5 menit. Artichoke siap disajikan sebagai salad atau menu pe buka. Tambahkan ortadan air lemon sebagai topping jika suka asam.
