Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsButton Mushroom
  2. 1medium Onion
  3. 1medium Tomato
  4. 2-3green chilli
  5. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  6. 1Bay leaf
  7. 3 tbspCurd
  8. 4-5Garlic
  9. 1/2 " Ginger
  10. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tspCumin powder
  12. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  13. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1/2 tspKasuri Methi
  15. 1/4 tspSugar
  16. Water as required
  17. Salt as required
  18. 2-3 tbspWater

    Assemble ingredients

    Wash Mushroom and chop into slices.

  3. 3

    In heated pan add oil, allow to heat, add bay leaf + cumin seeds and allow to sizzle.
    Then add Onion + ginger + garlic and sauté till brownish.

    Then add chopped Tomato + green Chilli + salt and sauté for around 2 minutes

    Tomato turns mushy, add Curd + all spices and sauté till spices leaves Oil.

    Add Mushroom and mix well, sauté for 2 minutes, Mushroom leaves Water.

    Cover and cook for around 3-4 minutes.

    Uncover, add water as required and sauté for around 2 -3 minutes. Add sugar + kasuri Methi and cook further for another 2 minutes. Simmer for few minutes and dish is done.
