Ingredients

  1. 250 gbrinjal round small
  2. 1 tbspchopped garlic (optional)
  3. 1 bunchmethi leaves
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 1 tbspoil
  6. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  7. 1/2 tspasofedita
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 1 tbspjaggery powder (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil, add mustard seeds, asofedita, garlic and tomatoes

  2. 2

    Add spices, water and brinjal and cook covered for 10mts or until brinjal is done.

  3. 3

    Now add chopped methi leaves, and cook covered for again 5 mts or till methi is done

  4. 4

    Serve hot with Rotla
