  2. leavesMethi
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1tomato
  5. 0.5 tspChilli powder
  6. 0.5 tspGaram masala
  7. 3 tbspGreek yogurt
  8. 0.5 tspCoriander powder
  9. 0.5 tspcumin powder
  10. 1 tspJaggery

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Greek yogurt + methi leaves soaked in salt water + chilli powder + coriander powder + cumin powder + jaggery + hing. Rest for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    In a pan take ghee + cumin seeds + ginger garlic paste + onion + tomato. Sauté well. Then add step 1 bowl. Add paneer and salt. Then add coriander leaves and lemon
