Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 cupwashed methi
  2. Halfcup peas
  3. 1 cupsmall diced potatoes
  4. 1small onion or no onion
  5. 1 inchginger
  6. 1 tablespoongarlic finally chopped
  7. 1green chilli chopped optional
  8. 1 teaspoonkasoori methi
  9. 1 teaspoonmethi dana
  10. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  11. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  12. 1 tablespoonsalt
  13. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  14. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  15. 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  16. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  17. Halfteaspoon black pepper powder
  18. 1 tbspickle sauce achaari masala anyone but mango pickle is gud

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Lets start from roast all together=onion,garlic,ginger,green chilli.roast them at medium flame and add all the spices together

    Cook for only 5 seconds then just add potatoes.cuz potatoes leave water so first we cook only with potatoes

  3. 3

    After 2 to 3 minutes uncovered utensil now add peas and methi

  4. 4

    Now stay at low flame and cover the utensil after mixing well

  5. 5

    Cook until methi gets softened and mixed with potatoes and no water left

  6. 6

    Enjoy stay safe stay healthy
