Cooking Instructions

Peel the pumpkin and chop in pieces, heat butter in a kadai add onion slices, garlic chopped, pumpkin cubes and fry for a while. Add coriander stems.

Add water and boil till the pumpkin becomes soft.

Strain the water and add the pumpkin mixture to a blender and blend it smoothly.

Transfer to the kadai add the strained water add salt, pepper powder and vinegar and boil it, off the flame.

Pumpkin soup is ready serve it hot.
