Green Gram Snack (Sukhiyan/Mothakam) Green Gram Snack (Sukhiyan/Mothakam)
It's a "South Indian" tea time snack & it's easy to make. It's stuffed with green gram. Some add coconut to the gram, but I like it better this way. Make sure the gram mix is not too watery or loose. Otherwise it will come apart while dipping in the batter. You can avoid the cardamom powder if you don't like it. Add only a little water while melting the jaggery. Pen Friend -
