Ingredients

  1. 500 gmShalgam with leaves
  2. 1 tbspgrated ginger
  3. 1onion
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  7. 1.5 tspsalt
  8. 1.5 tbspmustard oil or as per requirement
  9. 1/3 rd cup of water
  10. Hand full of chopped coriander

    Peel wash and cut the shalgam into four pieces.Grate ginger and cut the onion into four pieces

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add ginger just saute & add onion

  3. 3

    After a few seconds add pieces of shalgam also add leaves of shalgam then add all masala ingredients

    One by one combine well

    Add a little amount of water and mix well cover with a lid and pressure cook till 2 whistles.

    Then off the flame 🔥 let it cool open & again put it over a flame cook till water dissolves properly it will take just a min.

    Off the flame.Transfer the sabji in a serving dish garnish with a chopped coriander and serve hot with chapati or makki ki roti and enjoy 😋
