Ingredients

  1. 200 gmdark chocolate compound
  2. 100 mlcondensed milk
  3. 1/2 cupchopped walnuts and other dryfruits
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 1/2 tspvanilla essence

    Start by dry roasting walnuts and dryfruits. Here I've taken walnuts, almonds, cashews and pistachios. Chop the roasted nuts in size as you wish.

    Also chop chocolate into pieces. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate.

    Stir it well till it melts completely. Add condensed milk, butter and vanilla essence. Give it a good mix. Here I have used homemade condensed milk.

    Add chopped nuts. And mix it well.

    Place a butter paper in a mould and pour the mixture. Garnish with dryfruits. Let it set in fridge or at room temperature.

    Unmould it. Cut into pieces. Enjoy the Chocolate Walnut fudge.
