Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash and Season the chicken using salt, seasoning cubes, grounded pepper, curry, garlic powder and thyme. Cover and let it cook for 10mins then go in and add some water. Allow to cook until it's soft. Do the same for the liver. Fry and cut the liver into smaller sizes.
- 2
Parboil the rice and set aside.
Transfer the chicken stock into a pot, add some water enough to cook the rice. Add some seasoning cubes, curry, spice, salt and stir. Add the rice, stir and allow it to cook. - 3
In a pan, add some Vegetables oil, once it's hot, add the chopped onions, diced carrots, green beans, bell peppers, green peas, sweet maize and stir. Add seasoning cube and salt, keep stirring for about 2min. Add the liver, stir and finally add the rice. Give it a good mix. Mix until you're sure all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Hubby’s Chinese fried rice Hubby’s Chinese fried rice
What inspired me to come up with this method of Chinese rice was the fact that I keep seeing Chinese rice served the usual way which is mostly white in color,no tumeric or curry is usually added to it.So I tried my own method by giving it a twist which is adding tumeric to it so that I will see how it turns out to be,it actually came out yummy and delicious which made hubby to make it his favorite and since then we don’t eat Chinese rice outside but our own method at home. #Ashlab# s and h kitchen
