#ga24 These quick Walnut Chocolate Clusters are made with 3 ingredients and are delicious nut clusters perfect for a snack or as edible gifts for the holidays!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add walnuts to a pan and lightly roast them...
- 2
Line a flat baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. Prepare a double boiler with a heat-proof mixing bowl over simmering water. Add the chocolate, oil to the bowl and gently melt over the simmering water, stirring occasionally. Once the chocolate has completely melted, turn off the heat.
- 3
Pour in the walnuts and mix until coated well in the chocolate. Using a teaspoon or fork, spoon out a small bundle of walnuts, allowing the excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl. Place it on the lined tray, ensuring they stay together in a cluster.
- 4
Transfer the tray with the clusters to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until they’re set. Store clusters in an airtight container, refrigerated, for 1 week – 10 days. Now ready to serve...
