Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsfresh paneer
  2. 2/3green chilli
  3. 1small cabbage
  4. 2capsicum
  5. 1 tablespoonsoya sauce
  6. 1 tablespoonred chilli sauce
  7. 2/3 tablespoonoil
  8. 2 tablespoontomato ketchup
  9. 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves
  10. 1 spooncrushed ginger
  11. 1 tablespoonschezwan sauce
  12. 1 cupslurry maida
  13. Oil for deep frying

    Assemble all the ingredients
    Now cut in to like strips cabbage and capsicum soak paneer for 10 mins cut in paneer like square pieces
    After make a maida slurry
    Now coat the paneer
    And deep fry it

    Take a pan add oil and sauté capsicum after add all ingredients as per shown in pic and mix well keep it on medium flame for 3 mins after add as prepared fried paneer as per shown in pic mix well

    Paneer chilli dry is ready to serve
