Ingredients

  1. 1 CupGathiya
  2. 1 CupCashew
  3. 1 tablespoonGhee
  4. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  5. 1/4 teaspoonAsafoetida
  6. 2Chopped Onions
  7. 3Tomato Puree
  8. 1 tspGarlic Paste
  9. 1 teaspoonGinger chilli Paste
  10. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  11. 1 teaspoonRed Chilli Powder
  12. 1 teaspoonkashmiri red chilli powder
  13. 1 tablespoonCoriander Cumin Powder
  14. 1 teaspoonGaram Masala
  15. 1 tablespoonCurd
  16. Salt to Taste
  17. Water as Require

Cooking Instructions

    First we will get everything ready.Then we will prepare a puree of onion, tomato, ginger, chili and garlic.

    Now we will fry the cashews in ghee.

    Now we add the spices to a bowl and add water to it and soak it.

    Now heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, add onion puree to it and keep stirring until the oil separates.

    Now add ginger, chili and garlic puree to it, then add tomato puree, add salt to it and keep stirring until the oil separates.

    Now add the soaked spices and keep stirring until the oil separates.

    Now we will add curd to it, keep stirring and then add water.

    Now we will add garam masala and coriander to it.
    Finally, add the cashew nuts and nuts, mix and serve.
