Kathiyawadi gathiya ki sabzi

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, 1 and 1/2 glasses of water. Then add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, asafoetida and boil for a while.

On the other hand, take gram flour in a bowl, then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander, cumin seeds and asafoetida.

Then add water as required and knead the dough as like of gathiya.

Put a teaspoon of oil in it and mix it with the help of hands.

Then put the gathiya in boiling water and let it rise for ten to twelve minutes.
Stir it in between. - 6
Heat oil in a pan then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilli, cloves, cinnamon, garlic and let it fry for one minute.

Then put onion in it and let it cook. Then add tomatoes and coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, kitchen king masala and curd.

Mix it evenly.

Then when the oil is released, pour the prepared ganthiya, add coriander on top and the gathiya sabzi is ready.

This sabzi can be served with roti or bhakri or roti.
