Groundnuts are a cheap and easy way to get through the day without feeling hungry. They are simple easy to prepare. They are also a wonderful and healthy snack fo people who are always busy.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupraw groundnuts
  2. 1/4 cupwater
  3. 2 tbspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix groundnuts, salt, water in a heavy saucepan.

  2. 2

    Place it over medium heat and cook until they water has evaporated and h as dried out.

  3. 3

    Make sure you stir continuously with salt and avoid burning the nuts. If heat is too much reduce the heat.

    Continue stirring until it turns lightly browned and when you taste ot should be crunchy.

  5. 5

    Do not over cook as the nut will start to turn black and burn.

  6. 6

    When almost all nut are golden brown serve with tea or a beverage.
