White Rice and Carrot Stew

Ingredients

30 minutes
5 servings
  1. 6fingers of carrots
  2. 6fingers of shambo
  3. 1medium size kidney
  4. 2 clovesgarlic
  5. 1big size onion
  6. 2medium size chilli pepper
  7. 1/2 bottlegroundnut oil
  8. 5 cubesmaggi
  9. Curry and thyme(use as desired)
  10. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Scrape and wash carrots. Then boil till soft.

  2. 2

    Blend your carrots, shambo, onion, garlic, pepper together to a smooth puree, then set aside.

    Wash your kidney and cut to your desired sizes(you can use your meat of choice) season and put on fire. once is ready, if you want you fry though didn't fry mine. Then keep the stock aside.

    You return your pot on fire, put your oil into the pot once is hot, slice onion into the oil, allow to fry a little then you add your blended ingredients to the oil on fire, allow to fry for 10-15 minutes

    Add the meat stock and allow to boil for some minutes, then season to your taste

    Then you add your meat, leave to boil for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile your white rice is ready.

    Ready to be served. Enjoy.
