Ingredients

  1. eggs
  2. potatoes
  3. plantain
  4. fresh pepper /onion for sauce
  5. Maggi and salt
  6. kings vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel and wash,then cut potatoes into slim small size.

  2. 2

    Add little salt

  3. 3

    Deep fry

  4. 4

    Pour oil in pan

  5. 5

    Cut fresh onion and add bayleaf

  6. 6

    Pour pepper,add Maggi, salt and seasoning

  7. 7

    When fry and bit dry. pour mixed egg. Don't turn leave for 1 minutes

  8. 8

    Then turn together and serve.
