My breakfast,had to use enough pepper to fry the sardine and is taste really good.

My breakfast,had to use enough pepper to fry the sardine and is taste really good.

Slice the plantain and boil with salt.

Blend the fresh pepper and ginger.Fry in vegetable oil.

Drain the oil from the sardine and put in the frying pepper.Add salt to taste,curry and stir.fry for 7 minutes.

Whisk the egg,cut the carrot,green pepper,cut onion add salt and curry.and whisk all together.

Heat up vegetable oil and pour in the egg.fry for 3minutes.
