Ingredients

  • 2medium size sweet potato
  • 2medium size plantain
  • 1big size egg
  • 1chicken stock cube
  • 2fresh pepper
  • 3cooking spoonful vegetable oil
  • 1cooking spoonful of tomato puree
  • 1small size onion
  • 1 pinchsalt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your sweet potato,onions,pepper and plantain to your desired shape then set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat up the vegetable oil,frying the plantain and potato batch by batch.

  3. 3

    With the same oil fry in low heat the Tomato puree adding onions, pepper and the stock cube afterwards set aside

  4. 4

    Heat up little oil to fry your eggs adding a pinch of salt and brekkie is ready.

  5. 5

    I love this with pap
