Ingredients

  1. 1crab
  2. 1 clovegarlic (minced)
  3. 2 tbspbutter
  4. 1/2 bunchparsley (chopped)
  5. 1/4 cupsweet peas
  6. 1/3 cupgrated parmeasan
  7. 1 1/2 cuphalf and half
  8. 1 cupcherry tomatoes (halved)

Cooking Instructions

    Boil crab for about 10 minutes, remove all the meat.

    Add fettucine to salted boiling water

  3. 3

    In a sauce pan over medium heat melt the butter then add garlic and cook untill fragrant then add tomatoes, salt, pepper, brown sugar and half and half. bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer.

    While sauce is simmering add parsley, peas and parmeasan and let simmer for about 8 minutes to thicken

    Add crab meat and let heat through then add the fettucine and mix untill all the pasta is evenly coated

Really easy and quick. I used extra garlic and used 1/2 cup crab claws.
