Ingredients

  1. 4 largeboneless pork chops
  2. 1/2 mediumonion coarse chopped
  3. 1 tspcoarse ground black pepper
  4. 1/4 cupfresh baby dill chopped
  5. 2 tbspolive oil
  6. 1 clovegarlic minced
  7. 1/2 cupsour cream
  8. 1/2 cupmilk
  9. 2 tbspthickening flour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In frying pan add olive oil and trimmed pork chops. Sear over medium high heat.

  2. 2

    Turn heat down add onion garlic dill salt pepper, cover and cook till pork is done.

  3. 3

    With cooked chops and onions still in pan add milk sour cream and thickening flour and thicken to a thick sauce over medium heat.

    Serve with chop covered with creamed creamed onions
