Cooking Instructions

Combine lemon juice, simple sugar and butter in sauce pan on medium heat & reduce by 2/3...set aside

Cut new potatoes into home fry size. Place in Saute pan with 2-3 tbsp olive oil, finely chopped banana peppers, & chopped onions. Salt & pepper to taste.

Saute potato combo until lightly browned

At same time as potatoes are cooking oil a pan for fish. Salt & pepper to taste. Coat fish with reduced sauce (use about 1/2 sauce initially).

Cut tomatoes in half

Grill fish 3 minutes per side adding remainder of sauce a bit at a time. Add tomatoes for last 1 - 2 minutes
