Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  2. 2 cuprice
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 cupchicken broth
  5. 1 cupfrozen stir fry vegetables
  6. 3 tbspsoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    heat oil in large skillet over medium heat

  2. 2

    add rice and brown slightly then add eggs and scramble until cooked through

  3. 3

    add broth, vegetables and soy sauce and bring to a boil

  4. 4

    remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes

Used slightly more oil. As vegetables I've used carrot, peas and spring onions. Great taste!
