Ingredients

  4. 2carrots

  7. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  8. 2 tablespoonspomegranate molasses
  9. 1 stickbutter
  10. 1 tablespoonChinese spices or regular spices
  11. 1 teaspooncurry powder
  12. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  13. 1 tablespoonsalt or less, depending on the saltiness of the soy sauce

    Soak the rice and cut the carrots, potato, and zucchini into small cubes. You can substitute or add other vegetables as available.

    Boil the vegetables until half-cooked, then let them cool.
