Ingredients

9 servings
  1. 1 packages34 count corn tortillas
  2. 1 packagesBoneless skinless chicken breast
  3. 1 packagesBueno autumn roasted green chile
  4. 1 canFamily size cream of mushroom
  5. 1 canFamily size cream of chicken
  6. 1/4 cupMilk
  7. 2 packagesShredded.cheese
  8. 1/4 cupOil (to fry)

Cooking Instructions

    Boil chicken till fully cooked.

    Once chicken is cooled shred it.

  3. 3

    Add chile, cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, and milk to the shredded chicken and mix well.

    Heat oven pn 400°

  5. 5

    Fry enough corn tortillas to cover the bottom,(make sure the tortillas are soft and patted dry from excess oil), spread chicken mixture evenly on tortillas, sprinkle cheese on mixture.

    Then layer untill you get to the top cover with cheese and bake for about 45 min, till cheese is brown and bubbly, take out and let rest about for 20 min..

Made it for a party and people were scraping the bottom of the pan. Make extra!
