I love Mexican food so this is must in our household. :)

I love Mexican food so this is must in our household. :)
Cooking Instructions

Cook frozen chicken for 15 min or until Brown.

Add half of taco seasoning on cooked chicken. Let cool

Mix 2 cups of cheese with the cooled chicken.

Mix chicken cheese mixture on flour tortilla. Lay tortilla on greased pan.

In a medium saucepan melt butter on medium heat. Than stir in flour. Whisk for about a minute. Add chicken broth Whisk until sauce thickens and bubbles. Let mix cool for 20 min.

Pour sour cream into the mixture. Mix until creamy texture. Make sure it is cooled off or else sour cream will curd. Add can of green chilles. Pour over enchiladas.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Than broil for 3 minutes. Let cool & enjoy!
