
Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 300°F

beat 1 lb butter in a bowl with an electric mixer

gradually add sugar, beating well @ medium speed
- 4
add eggs 1 @ a time beating thoroughly after each addition

add flour to butter mix, alternate with milk
- 6
begin & end with flour. mix until just blend after each addition

stir in extracts. pour batter into greased & floured 10" tube pan.

bake @ 300°F for 1 hr & 40 min or until toothpick comes out clean

cool cake in pan 10-15 minutes.

remove from pan & let cool completely on wire rack.
