preheat oven to 350°

mix together the egg,sugar,and peanut butter

make little balls from the dough (about an inch tall) then place on greased cookie sheet

use a fork to press the cookies down and make a criss cross look on the cookies

sprinkle with sugar and bake for 10-20 minutes
