My grandpa's sister can cook almost anything, from traditional to modern cuisine. One of the recipe she thought us is peanut butter cookies. Luckly, my sister is all about measurements. so in this recipe, i can tell you the right amount you should put it in. LOL

Ingredients

45 cookies
  1. 200 gpeanut butter
  2. 60 groasted peanut, crush it
  3. 150 gcaster sugar
  4. 375 gplain flour
  5. 200 mlvegetable oil
  6. 1 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 2egg yolks
  8. 45roasted cashew nuts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients, except for egg yolks and cashew nuts

  2. 2

    Take one table spoon of the mix, make it a round, and push the middle a little bit, and put one cashew on it. Repeat the step untill all the mix used. (Brush the egg yolks to the cookies before put on the cashew)

    Bake in the preheated oven 350°F for 20-25 minutes
