Cooking Instructions
- 1
Rinse shrimp, and pat dry .
- 2
On a flat plate or saucer, combine paprika, parsley , bread crumbs, pepper, and parmesan cheese .
- 3
Dip shrimp in egg whites, careful to cover each side .
- 4
Roll shrimp in bread crumb mix , and set aside on a sheet of wax paper or aluminum foil .
- 5
Place shrimp in freezer for approx. 20 minutes .
- 6
Preheat your burner to just a little over medium, or however you see fit . Normally, I use butter, but any non-stick spray cans work .
- 7
Fry your shrimp, turning it over on it's side every few minutes . & remember , you'll want to overcook it just a little so it's not raw inside .
