Heat your pan on medium with an inch of oil, or enough to cover a shrimp

Defrost your shrimp and peel of the skin with tail and all. Also give it a quick rinse under water

Get some crackers in a zip lock bag and crush them till they are itty bitty crumbs. Add some parmesan cheese and shake it up well. Pour in a flat bowl

Pour your beaten eggs into a seperate bowl and now prepare your flour. Mix your cup of flour with at least 4 tbs of lemon pepper seasoning or to your liking, and put that in a seperate bowl.

Now you have your flour, eggs, and crumbs all in their own bowl. Now, grab a shrimp and cover it with flour. Then into the beaten eggs and after that coat it with your crackers crumbs. Finally, place it to fry in your inch of oil. Cook till gooden brown

Now serve to your liking with pasta and such and Enjoy!!
