Ingredients

  1. 8 ozpkg cream cheese
  2. 1/4 cupmayo
  3. 1/4 cupparmesean cheese
  4. 3 clovegarlic
  5. 1/2 tspdried basil
  6. 1/4 tsponion powder
  7. 1/4 cupromano cheese
  8. 14 ozcan artichoke hearts
  9. 1/2 cupfrozen chopped drained spinach
  10. 1/4 cupmozzarella cheese
  11. 1salt
  12. 1pepper

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 350*

    grease small baking dish

  3. 3

    drain and chop Artichoke

  4. 4

    drain and squeeze out water from spinach

  5. 5

    in bowl mix together cream cheese, mayo, parmesan and Roman cheeses, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.

    add in Artichoke and spinach.

  7. 7

    transfer to baking dish and top with mozzarella.

  8. 8

    bake for 45 min till golden and bubble.
