Cooking Instructions

Saute the onion, artichoke hearts and garlic in a little olive oil until tender.

Add in the cream cheese until melted.

Add chicken broth, cheeses and spinach and heat on medium low until spinach has wilted down and cheese has melted.

Stir in pepper.
