
Cooking Instructions

Mix all seasonings with the ground beef in a large aluminum pan or whatever you are cooking the meatloaf.

Use your hands to really get everything involved.

Add the eggs and bread crumbs.
- 4
Turn the oven on to 375, every hour continue to check the meatloaf
- 5
After a good hour and half or until about done pour the ketchup on top (upon preference)
- 6
Let it finish cooking, when done enjoy!

My kids love when I make this and just can't get enough. I took my mom's recipe and jazzed it up a lot. I live in a humid environment so sometimes I need to add more or less breadcrumbs depending on the weather. I recommend using a serrated knife to cut it when finished, it helps to keep the bacon attached to the slices. Chin -
