  3. 3 tspchili powder
  4. 2 tspsalt
  5. 2 tsppepper
  6. 2 tspgarlic powder
  7. 2 tspdried basil
  8. 230 oz cans light red kidney beans
  9. 116oz can of tomatoes cut up or 1 can crushed tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

    brown and drain beef

    chop onion, add to beef and saute

  3. 3

    add to beef chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dried basil

  4. 4

    add kidney beans

  5. 5

    add tomatoes

  6. 6

    simmer on low for one to two hours stirring occasionally

Very good, but less salt next time. I also only used 30 oz of beans
