Ingredients

  • 3 poundsextra lean ground beef
  • 4 cansdark red kidney beans
  • 4 cansdice tomatoes
  • 1 cancrushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbspcumin
  • 1/2 tbspchili powder
  • 1whole onion
  • 1whole bellpeper
  • 2 packageFrench's chili seasoning with onions
  • 2celery stalks chopped up
  • 1 tbspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown meat with vegetables, when completely browned, rinse the meat with hot water

  2. 2

    Add back to pot with seasoning, beans, tomatoes, bring to a boil reduce to medium heat stir continuously for 30 minutes or more.

  3. 3

    Serve with cheese or saltines and enjoy!
