
Cooking Instructions

Heat skillet with canola oil to 250°F

While skillet is heating up, slice chicken in to thin strips (they will get larger as they cook). Mix raw chicken strips with both mild and hot/spicy packets of taco seasoning as well as cayenne. Let sit for approx 5 minutes.

Let chicken cook in skillet completely through, flipping occassionally.

Place in warmed tortillas topped with lettuce. For a healthier open, put chicken directly on lettuce and eat with no dressing. If you want a little balance, Ranch dressing is good on either taco or salad.

We had leftover spaghetti, and leftover tacos shells from taco night... can’t remember the tv show that had these tacos lol . But we gave it go .....two of my favorite put into one. I did soft shell, but going to try this again with a hot spicy hard shell.... just something different for the kids who say spaghetti again!!!
