8 ozelbow macaroni, uncooked
2 cupcooked ham, cubed
4hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/3 cupminced onion
11 ozcheddar cheese soup
1/2 cupsour cream
1/2 tspdry mustard
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
1/2 cupcrushed potato chips

Cooking Instructions

prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain. place in bowl and mix with all other ingredients except potato chips. pour mixture into buttered 2-quart casserole and top with crushed chips. bake at 350 for 40 min. or until thoroughly heated. 4-6 servings.

Forgot to take a picture, but was really good. Great way to use up some leftover ham. Did not add the eggs and used crushed crackers for the top instead of the chips.
