Smash Burgers Smash Burgers
I’m a thin burger kinda gal. I love a thin hot crusty patty on my burger. Salt and pepper is all you need. I use an 80/20 or an 85/15 ground beef. I also use a bacon press on my Pattie’s. If you don’t have a press, you can use a smaller iron skillet. Spray the bottom of skillet, press, and spatula with nonstick spray. SherryRandall: The Leftover Chronicles -

Island Fire Burgers Island Fire Burgers
We've all eaten out and ordered a specialty "gourmet" burger at one place or another and wanted to make our own at home. Though these take a bit of preparation they're actually very easy to make, and you'll surely impress with your own homemade gourmet burger offering. Spicy, sweet, robust and definitely filling.
