1 lbground sirloin
1 cupminced onion
4garlic cloves minced
5 tbspworceshire sauce
dashgarlic powder and salt
dashcracked pepper
1 tbspsmoked paprika

Mix all ingredients together and form 4 large patties

Grill or use a skillet.. We prefer grill. Medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side for medium rare. AND BAM! Best burgers ever.
