Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 1/2 lblean ground beef or 3 and 3 quarters cup brown
  2. 1/3 cupfinely chopped onion quarter cup sauteed
  3. 1 envelopetaco seasoning mix
  4. 4 ozcan diced green chilies drained
  5. 1 cupbiscuit baking mix
  6. 2Eggs
  7. 1 cupgrated mild cheddar cheese
  8. 2 eachtomatoes spliced
  9. 8 ozcarton sour cream
  10. 1chopped tomato
  11. 1shredded lettuce enough to garnish pie
  12. serve with
  13. 1guacamole dip
  14. 1tortilla chips
  15. 1fruit salad

Cooking Instructions

    In large skillet cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain

  2. 2

    Combine beef with taco seasoning mix and spread in a 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with chili's

  3. 3

    Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth 15 seconds on high in a blender or 1 minute with a hand blender. Pour milk mixture over beef in pie plate

    Cover plate with foil and freeze keep 1 quart bag of grated cheese with pie

  5. 5

    To prepare for serving, thaw pie. Bake uncovered in preheated 400°F oven for 35 minutes

    Top with sliced tomatoes sprinkle with cheese. bake until golden brown 8 to 10 minutes. top with sour cream chopped tomatoes and lettuce shredded
