Ingredients

  1. 4Tilapia fillets
  2. 1/4 tspPepper
  3. 1 tspGreek seasoning
  4. 1 tbspOlive oil
  5. 1 tbspMinced garlic
  6. 1/4 cupDiced onions
  7. 1 canArtichoke hearts (drained)
  8. 1 canDiced tomatoes (drained)
  9. 1/4 cupWhite wine

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat large saucepan. Season both sides of fish with 1/2 tsp. Greek seasoning and pepper.

    Place oil in pan, then add garlic and onions; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or onions are slightly softened.

    Add fish filets and top with remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 8-10 minutes, stirring vegetables once.
