  • 2 1/2 lbFresh Catfish Fillets
  • 5 tbspDill Weed
  • 3 1/2 tbspGarlic Powder
  • 5 tbspOld Bay Seasoning
  • 3 tbspSalted Butter
  • 3 pieceAlluminum Foil
  • 3 sliceWhite Onion
  • 3 sliceRed Onion
  • 3 sliceSweet Onion
  • 3Sliced Grape Tomatoes
  • 3 tbspOlive Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Place each fillet on a decent sized piece of foil. Turn oven to 375°F.

  2. 2

    Cover fillets in Dill, Garlic, Old Bay and put a tablespoon of butter on top of each fillet. Then place 1 slice of white, sweet and red onion, followed by sliced grape tomato. Drizzle olive oil on top.

    Wrap fillets in foil like a cucoon with an opening on top.

    Place in oven for 40 minutes

    Enjoy with your choice of sides.
